-All submitted papers should be within the FOIs of the conference.

-The submission file should be in Microsoft Word, PDF, or WordPerfect document file format.

-All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkk.suu.ca) are activated and ready to click.

-All submissions should be written in English.

Please email your paper to deis@acamail.org.

Review Policy

The review process at DEIS 2027 is double-anonymized (double-blind), meaning that the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are concealed throughout the review process. Before peer review, the Technical Committee will conduct an initial screening to assess each submission's relevance to the conference scope and tracks, compliance with submission requirements, and basic academic integrity.

Each eligible submission will be independently reviewed by at least two reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Reviewers will normally be given 14 days to complete each review. The evaluation will consider the paper's originality, technical quality, methodological soundness, significance, relevance, clarity, and presentation.

Both minor and major revisions may be requested. Authors will normally be given 7 days to submit minor revisions and 14 days to submit major revisions. Revised submissions will, wherever practicable, be returned to the initial reviewer(s) to determine whether the comments have been adequately addressed. A request for revision does not guarantee acceptance, and the final decision will be made by the Technical Committee based on the reviewers' reports and the quality of the revised submission.

DEIS 2027 is committed to maintaining a rigorous, objective, and transparent peer-review and publication process. Any submission that fails to meet the required academic, ethical, or publication standards may be rejected or withdrawn. If research or publication malpractice is identified at any stage, including after publication, the relevant paper may be removed or retracted in accordance with the applicable publisher policies.

Review Criteria

1. Is the topic of this paper within the scope of the conference's call for papers?

2. Does the manuscript present original ideas, findings, methods, or applications that make a meaningful contribution to the field?

3. Does the manuscript provide a clear and significant theoretical contribution to the relevant research area?

4. Does the manuscript demonstrate sufficient novelty or innovation in its research problem, approach, methodology, or findings?

5. Are the research methods appropriate, clearly described, scientifically sound, and correctly applied?

6. Are the results adequately analyzed and discussed? Are the conclusions supported by the evidence presented?

7. Is the manuscript clearly written, logically organized, and presented in a manner that is understandable to its intended readership?

8. Does the manuscript provide an adequate, relevant, and up-to-date review of the related literature? Are the cited works appropriately discussed and referenced?

9. Does the manuscript follow appropriate ethical guidelines, including requirements relating to research integrity, authorship, conflicts of interest, data use, and citation practices, where applicable?

Acceptance of the Manuscript

Reviewers will send the suggestions / comments to the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the article.
